Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate - Taxation located in Noida. The Advocate - Taxation will be responsible for providing tax consultancy services, drafting and reviewing tax-related documents, researching taxation laws, and representing clients in tax disputes. Daily tasks include advising clients on tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and keeping up to date with changes in tax laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tax Consultancy and Tax Strategy Development
• Skills in Drafting, Reviewing, and Researching Tax Documentation
• Knowledgeable in Taxation Laws and Regulations
• Ability to Represent Clients in Tax Disputes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Taxation, or related field
• Professional certification in Taxation (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
