Advisor, Enterprise Architecture

As an Advisor, Enterprise Architecture at Fiserv, your role will involve developing and leading the design and implementation of public cloud solutions for Digital Banking products and services. Working closely with various teams, you will collaborate with product management, technology, and development teams, and interact with clients and sales teams to design and recommend solutions using different cloud platforms. Your responsibilities will include tracking, measuring, and reporting on cloud service usage, providing technical leadership for solving complex cloud platform issues, and applying automated and infrastructure-as-code practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product management, technology, and development teams. - Work in an iterative/agile environment. - Recommend solutions using a variety of cloud platforms and provider service offerings. - Track, measure, and report on cloud service usage. - Provide technical leadership for solving complex cloud platform problems. - Apply automated and infrastructure-as-code practices. - Create reusable components and integrate them with other services. - Design and maintain coding standards for development and maintenance. - Assist QA teams in explaining functional requirements and reviewing test cases. - Optimize applications and infrastructure for performance, scalability, security, and user experience. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies. - Follow agile development methodology and DevOps practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science or related technical field with 15+ years of relevant work experience. - 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise customer-facing distributed solutions. - 6+ years of work experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated industries. - 6+ years of indirect or direct technical leadership. - Experience with cloud platform management for .NET applications. - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and other container management strategies. - Expert level knowledge of technologies such as .NET Core, C#, Azure Services, Open API, Cosmos DB, and others. - Experience with automated unit & integration testing, SOLID programming principles, and Splunk. - Hands-on experience with public cloud environments and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Azure Devops, Terraform, Docker, and Harness. - Agile thinker with experience leading enterprise agile teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
