Role Type: Solution Author Employment Type: Contract-Based Location: Remote Shift Timing: Early Morning Shift Only (04:00 AM to 01:00 PM IST) Note: Fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply. Overview: Endeavor Academy, a prominent EdTech service provider, is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Advanced Physics to join our academic content team for the night shift. As a Solution Author, you will be responsible for delivering detailed, step-by-step solutions to complex physics problems, supporting student learning, and enhancing academic materials through our online platform. Key Responsibilities: Solution Authoring • Develop clear and accurate solutions for topics in Advanced Physics, including: • Classical Mechanics (Lagrangian & Hamiltonian Formulations) • Electromagnetism (Maxwell’s Equations, EM Waves) • Quantum Mechanics (Schrödinger Equation, Operators, Quantum States) • Thermodynamics and Statistical Mechanics • Relativity (Special and General Theory) • Nuclear and Particle Physics • Mathematical Methods in Physics • Ensure content quality and alignment with academic standards. Doubt Resolution • Address subject-related questions raised by students during night shift hours. • Provide clear, well-structured, and concept-driven explanations. Assessment Development • Create, review, and validate assessment materials and questions. • Evaluate student responses and offer feedback to improve conceptual clarity. Platform Interaction • Use the internal platform to submit solutions, maintain task logs, and track progress. • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks. Content Quality and Accuracy • Maintain a high level of precision in all authored solutions. • Update content regularly to reflect the latest academic guidelines and improvements.
