Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on project goals, and actively contributing to the development of cutting-edge applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and efficient, while also fostering a collaborative environment within your team and across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to support their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Experience with application development and deployment. - Familiarity with system integration and API development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Splunk. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
