Advance Analyst

Role Overview: As a Finance & Accounting Manager at Ramboll, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the finance & accounting department. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, strengthening internal controls, and developing proactive working relationships with clients to deliver agreed-upon expectations. Additionally, you will be required to continuously examine processes and procedures for establishing improvements, efficiencies, and group effectiveness. Your expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reviews will be essential in providing support to the senior management team and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance & accounting department. - Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules. - Strengthen internal controls and enhance process improvements. - Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with clients. - Continuously examine processes and procedures for establishing improvements. - Prepare cash flow, manage budgets, and perform financial reviews. - Provide financial support to the senior management team. - Support ad-hoc projects related to systems implementations. - Utilize strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of R2R processes. - Review, collect, and analyze data for reports and presentations. - Senior Stakeholder management experience. Qualifications: - Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills required. - Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com), MBA & CA Inter qualifications preferred. - Service mindset and strong communication & Excel skills. - Ability to drive process improvements and utilize project management best practices. - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. - 4 to 6 years of experience in management of F&A function. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications (SAP/Oracle etc.). - Maconomy ERP knowledge is a plus.
