Ads Solutions Architect

As a Technical Solutions Consultant at Google, you will play a crucial role in managing technical relationships with our largest advertising clients and product partners. Your responsibilities will involve leading cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to effectively utilize emerging technologies for external clients and partners. From conceptual design to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations related to Google's online advertising platforms and product partnerships. Your ability to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints will be essential as you develop innovative solutions and act as a consultant to stakeholders. You will also be involved in building tools, automating products, overseeing technical execution, and business operations of Google's partnerships, along with developing product strategy and prioritizing projects and resources. Google's gTech team is dedicated to bringing products and services to life, with a focus on supporting customers globally through technical expertise, product knowledge, and understanding complex customer needs. Your role will involve ensuring that customers maximize the benefits of Google products through tailored solutions and scalable tools. Responsibilities: - Ensure product adoption and usage, serving as the primary technical contact for clients to provide consultative support and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to drive communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of customer issues. - Advocate for new product features and assist clients in adopting new products through upgrades and migrations for their success. - Drive the technical aspects of advertiser and publisher integrations by offering necessary documentation and guidance. - Review current processes and design/develop tools, processes, workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Qualifications: - Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, or technical consulting. - Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python). - Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in Internet products and technologies. - Knowledge of advertising market or online ads landscape. - Ability to work cross-functionally and excellent communication skills.
