Job Description

Position Summary & Scope:

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Product Managers and external clients/vendors to

successfully execute, manage and report on digital campaigns via oRTB, Adserver and API integration & programmatic revenue campaigns.We're looking for a candidate who will

provide exceptional service to external clients and internal counterparts. Advertising

campaign setup, trafficking, management, Media Network/Programmatic/Indirect

revenue campaign & yield management are the core responsibilities of this position.


Roles and Responsibilities.

  • Review and enter media plan information into systems, test creative materials, and coordinate the scheduling, launching, and optimising of online advertising campaigns.
  • Responsible for executing tag generation and implementation (creative tags)
  • Responsible for report generation/scheduling to parties involved and share regular revenue consumption figures to internal teams.
  • Troubleshooting creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns under your management.
  • Monitor & analyse daily activities to identify opportunities to increase revenue and challenges affecting spend or delivery.
  • Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers.


Skills/Qualifications.

  • Ideally the candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 3-5 years’ experience in ad operations & App monetisation via programmatically and oRTB for Gaming/OTT Apps
  • Expert knowledge of mediation platforms viz. Applovin Max, Admob, Unity Level Play
  • Ad Tech background: knowledge of both technical aspects (ad serving, Trackers, Wrapper,) & business aspects (knowledge of programmatic ecosystem, yielding.
  • Ability to investigate, analyse and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, well organised and possesses the ability to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills.
  • Strong Excel proficiency preferred.
  • Knowledge of other ad serving technology vendors tools (Creative- Celtra, Sizmek etc, Moat, Google Analytics & DMP’s-Permutive, latome etc) and similar platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript would be an asset.
  • Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour is essential
  • Willing to work in Night Shift
