Job Description

As an Adobe RTCDP professional, you will be responsible for the following key areas: **Role Overview:** You will play a crucial role in data integration and management within Adobe RTCDP. This includes configuring and managing data sources, ingesting data, and mapping it to the Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM). Additionally, you will create and manage XDM schemas, datasets, and data flows while defining and managing audiences to deliver personalized experiences across multiple channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configuring and managing data sources, ingesting data, and mapping it to XDM - Creating and managing XDM schemas, datasets, and data flows - Defining and managing audiences, building audience rules, and activating them - Managing customer identities and implementing identity resolution strategies - Leveraging data and audiences to create personalized experiences across web, mobile, and email channels - Integrating RTCDP with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target - Ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements - Identifying and resolving technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and optimizing performance **Qualifications Required:** - Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP - Proficiency in data modeling, schema design, and data integration - Experience with Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM) - Familiarity with data governance and compliance principles - Experience with audience segmentation, activation, and personalization - Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Please note that the information provided in the job description is specific to the Adobe RTCDP role and the responsibilities associated with it.,
