Job Description

Job Title: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) /Adobe Experience Platform(AEP) Consultant

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Permanent

Experience Level: 6-8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable solutions using
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
and
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Build and manage
real-time customer profiles, audiences, and segments
Create and optimize
event-based journeys and personalized campaigns
Integrate AEP with
Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and other Experience Cloud tools
Ensure
data governance, identity resolution, and consent management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing goals into AEP/AJO implementations

Required Skills:

6-8 years of experience in MarTech or Digital Experience Platforms
3+ years of hands-on experience with
AEP and AJO
Strong knowledge of
XDM schemas, datasets, and data flows
Experience with
Web SDK, APIs, and Adobe Tags (Launch)

Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar certification.

Experience working in customer-centric industries (retail, finance, travel, telecom, etc.).

Familiarity with tools like Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
