Job Description

Job Title: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist / Consultant

Location: [Hyderabad/ Remote ]

Employment Type: [Permanent/ Contract]

Experience Level: 5+ Years

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years in digital marketing automation, with at least 2+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time Customer Profiles and segment building.

Experience building journeys using event triggers, conditions, decision splits, actions, and rules.

Working knowledge of channel delivery integrations (email, push, in-app, SMS) within AJO.

Familiarity with APIs, event forwarding, data schemas (XDM), and basic JSON logic.

Understanding of cross-channel orchestration, customer lifecycle marketing, and real-time engagement strategies.

Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar certification.

Experience working in customer-centric industries (retail, finance, travel, telecom, etc.).

Familiarity with tools like Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Exposure to Workfront or agile project management tools.
