A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, digital marketing concepts, and customer experience management will be beneficial in executing your responsibilities effectively. Your role will require you to troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
