Adobe Campaign Specialist

As an Adobe Campaign Specialist at DataShouts Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end campaign execution and optimization for our enterprise client. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, testing, and deploying multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign (Email, SMS, Push, etc.). - Creating and managing workflows, target segments, and personalized content. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions. - Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as open rates, CTRs, and conversions. - Ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and quality standards. - Troubleshooting campaign execution issues and providing timely resolutions. - Maintaining documentation for campaign configuration and processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard). - Strong understanding of data segmentation, workflows, personalization, and campaign lifecycle management. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and scripting languages for email customization. - Experience in working with large-scale marketing datasets and relational databases (SQL). - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
