Job Description

As an Adobe Campaign Specialist at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative global community to shape your career while contributing to the world's leading organizations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing the Adobe Campaign Classic platform, resolving production issues, and ensuring seamless campaign execution through close collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting and maintaining the Adobe Campaign Classic platform for enterprise clients. - Managing production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes. - Monitoring campaign workflows to ensure smooth execution. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for system-related activities and integrations. - Maintaining optimal performance of Adobe Campaign servers and collaborating with DBAs. Your Profile: - Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic (Neolane) for platform support and maintenance. - Experience with Campaign Automation Modules such as Message Center, Content Manager, and FDA. - Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL for customization and development. - Familiarity with SQL and Unix for database management and support. - Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve issues.
