The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting students to various professional courses offered by our institution. You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in admissions or student recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions through consistent follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on available courses, admission procedures, and career prospects. Recruit students for training, certification, and language programs. Follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, calls, emails, social media, and events. Draft professional emails and maintain effective communication with prospective students. Manage and update student databases, admission trackers, and documentation using MS Office tools. Achieve monthly admission targets by taking ownership of the conversion process. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless admission and onboarding process. Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, and admission campaigns.
