Admissions Officer

Role Overview: As an Admissions Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to generate admissions by maintaining a continuous data influx through conducting Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities. This will include organizing seminars in schools, open seminars in town, and residential spots within a specified territory. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in meeting set targets by conducting school visits to engage with principals, coordinators, and management personnel for business development purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Generate admissions by conducting ATL and BTL marketing activities - Organize seminars in schools, open seminars in town, and residential spots - Conduct school visits to engage with key stakeholders for business development - Ensure a delightful customer experience during home visits to counsel students and parents - Collaborate with local tuition teachers to capitalize on business opportunities - Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - At least 1 year of experience as an admissions counselor - Work location will be in person Additional Details: This full-time and permanent position offers benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
