Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer located in Kochi. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing the admissions process, liaising with prospective students, and providing excellent customer service. Their day-to-day tasks include assessing applications, conducting interviews, handling inquiries, and coordinating the admission process efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales/Admissions and Education sector
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with admissions software and database management
