Admissions Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Conversion

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, events, and referrals.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM.

2. Counselling & Guidance

• Explain course details, benefits, fees, and enrollment procedures clearly.
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Address queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.

3. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead sharing and status updates.
• Schedule counseling sessions, campus visits, and webinars for interested prospects.
• Assist in fee follow-ups and post-admission engagement.

4. Reporting & Targets

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Submit daily call logs and performance reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• 1 year of experience in tele-calling, counselling, or inside sales (education sector preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
• Persuasive and customer-focused approach with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
