Role Overview:

We are seeking result-driven Academic Sales Executives / Counsellors who can effectively convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments. The role involves counselling parents and students, explaining curriculum options, and driving enrollments through structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM

Counsel parents and students on suitable curriculum options

Explain course structure, assessments, timelines, and outcomes clearly

Convert leads into enrollments and meet monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate follow-up and conversion data

Coordinate with academic and operations teams for student onboarding

Skills & Experience Required

Freshers or maximum of 2 yrs experience in academic sales or education counselling

Strong lead conversion and negotiation skills

Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages are an advantage)

Target-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely

Familiarity with NIOS / IGCSE / International curricula is preferred
