Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Faridabad. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. This includes providing information about our educational programs, answering queries, and assisting with the application process. The role also involves maintaining communication with prospective students, managing customer service interactions, and supporting the recruitment team with sales and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Background in Education or experience working in educational settings
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
