Position: Admission Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive student admissions through effective counselling and sales strategies
• Manage the entire admission process from enquiry to enrolment
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Train and guide the counselling team to improve conversions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners
• Collaborate with marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Admissions (EdTech background preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
• Knowledge of aviation/hospitality sector will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,132.43 - ₹39,597.29 per month
