Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the enrollment process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting informational sessions, responding to inquiries, assisting with application submissions, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to enhance outreach efforts and support the overall admissions strategy.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Background in Education or educational counseling
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Professional demeanor and the ability to work with diverse populations
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field preferred
• Experience in an admissions or related role is a plus
