Academic Counsellors

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective and enrolled students regarding

  IIT JEE

  preparation and PW’s academic programs.
• Understand student requirements, academic background, and goals to provide personalized guidance.
• Follow up with students and parents through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain records of student interactions and track conversions.
• Work collaboratively with sales, academic, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Achieve weekly/monthly counselling and conversion targets.
• Stay updated with the latest IIT JEE trends, syllabus changes, and student concerns.

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory:

  Strong understanding of

  IIT JEE

  syllabus, structure, and preparation strategies.

• Experience:

  Minimum 1–2 years of counselling experience in an EdTech or coaching institute (IIT JEE domain preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in Hindi and English).
• Empathetic listener with a solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable with remote work tools (CRM, Google Meet, Excel, etc.)
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
