Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about the courses, assisting with application procedures, and responding to inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include conducting informational sessions, meeting with potential students, and collaborating with the faculty and administrative staff to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Experience in the Education sector is advantageous
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
