Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students and parents, provide guidance on the application and enrollment process, and support them in understanding the benefits of Law Prep Tutorial's programs. Responsibilities include effective communication, handling inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and achieving enrollment targets, while ensuring a positive experience for all prospective students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales with the ability to address concerns and promote program benefits.
• Knowledge and interest in the field of Education and academic counseling are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team-based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline (degree in education or related field is a plus).
• Prior experience in academic counseling or a similar role would be an advantage.
