Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Delhi, India. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about programs, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Daily tasks include communicating with potential students, assessing their needs, and advising them on suitable courses. The role also involves conducting sales activities to meet enrollment targets and providing exceptional customer service.
