Admissions Counselor

We are looking for an experienced Admission Counselor from the Education Industry to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for student admissions, counselling prospective students, and supporting the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses, admission process, eligibility, and career options
• Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms
• Guide students through the complete admission process, from enquiry to enrollment
• Maintain accurate student records and admission data
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions
• Meet admission targets within defined timelines
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for students and parents

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counselor in the Education Industry
• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Ability to handle students and parents confidently
• Good knowledge of admission processes and documentation
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM preferred)
• Target-oriented and organised approach

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in college, institute, or university admissions
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹11,324.85 - ₹31,781.45 per month
