Admission Counsellor

This role is ideal for candidates who understand the aviation education ecosystem and have a passion for guiding students toward a successful career in the aviation industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in
  Aviation / AME / Aerospace / related fields (Prefer)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counselling or education marketing (aviation sector preferred)

• Fluency in Odia (mandatory)

  – spoken and written
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding aviation courses offered by CAE
• Handle walk-in inquiries, tele-counselling, and digital leads
• Explain course structure, eligibility, career prospects, and admission procedures
• Support enrollment targets through effective follow-ups and conversions
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for outreach activities
• Maintain accurate admission records and student data
