Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students, provide detailed information about the academy’s programs, and assist in the enrollment process. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential students through effective communication, offering customer service support, addressing inquiries, and maintaining admission records. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and education teams to meet enrollment targets and ensure a positive experience for students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales abilities
• Experience or knowledge in Education and student counseling
• Proficiency in problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in educational counseling or admissions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
