Admission Officer

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to student inquiries through various channels such as calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Your role will involve guiding prospective students and their parents through our admissions process, providing them with accurate information on courses, fees, and enrollment steps. You will actively follow up with leads in order to convert inquiries into successful admissions. Keeping student records precise and up-to-date in our CRM system will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to ensure a seamless admissions experience for our students. Working towards and achieving admissions targets will be a primary goal, along with offering support and addressing any concerns that students may have. To excel in this role, we require you to hold a graduate degree in any field and have 0-2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, with a preference for education or EdTech background. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a proven track record in sales and persuasion. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is necessary, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both Tamil and English would be advantageous. This position is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers as well. The benefits include health insurance, and the work schedule is during the day shift at our in-person work location.
