Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admission Officer to lead and manage the student admissions process for our institute. This role requires strong leadership, counselling expertise, and the ability to convert qualified leads into enrollments while managing an admissions team.

If you do not have prior admissions or education counselling experience, this role is not suitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end admission operations for assigned courses
• Lead, monitor, and guide admission counselors and HR staff
• Schedule, oversee, and conduct student and parent counselling sessions
• Ensure timely follow-ups on leads generated from ads, walk-ins, and referrals
• Track admission status, conversions, and daily performance reports
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams on lead quality and intake targets
• Maintain accurate records of interviews, follow-ups, and enrollments
• Ensure admission targets are achieved consistently

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in admissions, education counseling, or institute management
• Proven ability to handle admission targets and team performance
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience managing counselors or admission teams
• Ability to analyze lead data and improve conversion rates
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM tools
• Fluent in English (Malayalam preferred)
