Job Summary:

The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end admissions process, acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external educational institutions. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills to ensure smooth collaboration, accurate data handling, and timely completion of all admission-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the complete admissions cycle, from inquiry and application to enrollment and confirmation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments/teams to ensure seamless onboarding and information flow.
  • Liaise with colleges, universities, and partner institutions for admissions tie-ups, documentation, and information exchange.
  • Maintain updated records of applicants, admission progress, and status tracking using internal systems or CRMs.
  • Handle applicant queries, provide guidance on eligibility and documentation requirements, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and admission statistics for management review.
  • Support in organizing admission campaigns, orientation sessions, and coordination with institutional representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external institutional guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams for admission-related events or drives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and external partners.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/admissions software.
  • Professional conduct, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Masters preferred).
  • 15 years of experience in admissions, academic coordination, or institutional liaison roles.
  • Experience working with educational institutions, colleges, or corporate training organizations will be an advantage.
