Counsel prospective students and their parents about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and program benefits.
Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions to drive admissions.
Maintain and update student records, application forms, and CRM tools.
Work towards achieving monthly and annual admission targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure positive conversions.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Represent the institution at education fairs, events, and campaigns as required.
Bachelors degree (MBA in Marketing/Education Management preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Proficiency in English & Hindi preferred).
Ability to handle pressure and achieve admission targets.
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
