Job Description

Job Title: Admission Officer Department: Sales Reports To: Branch Head Location: PAN India Experience Required: 2 to 7 Years Weekly Off: Rotational Role Purpose The Admission Officer plays a key role in generating leads and converting them into enrollments by conducting outreach and counseling activities. This includes engaging with students and parents, delivering persuasive presentations, and supporting all marketing initiatives in assigned regions. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Drive admissions through ATL (Above-The-Line) & BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing strategies such as school seminars, public seminars, and residential campaigns within assigned territories. Institutional Outreach: Visit schools and engage with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to promote AESL programs and drive business development. Home Counselling: Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, delivering a seamless experience that leads to student enrollment. Local Networking: Build relationships with local tuition teachers and educational influencers to create referral opportunities. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all internal processes and compliance standards. Requirements for Success Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, empathetic, and persuasive communication style. Excellent networking, public speaking, and seminar delivery skills. Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and CRM/Sales-related software. Fluent in English and the regional language. Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking events.
