Job Description

Role Summary:

Admission Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Drive admissions via ATL & BTL marketing activities (school seminars, residential events, etc.)
Conduct school visits and build relationships with principals/coordinators for business growth
Counsel students and parents during home visits and convert leads to admissions
Liaise with local tutors for referrals and business opportunities
Ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal processes

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication, sales, and networking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluent in English and a regional language
Bachelor's degree required; BTech/MBA or Master's in Psychology/Education preferred
Willingness to travel and conduct seminars

Desired Attitude:

Customer-focused, accountable, and results-driven
Strong team player with emotional intelligence
