Admission Executive

As an Admission Executive at our institution, you will be responsible for leading and managing the student admission process. Your role as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families is crucial in guiding them through each step of the enrollment journey. Your proactive communication skills and strong organizational abilities will help represent our institution with professionalism and care. - Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Share clear, accurate information about academic programs, entry requirements, and the application process. - Review applications to ensure completeness and accuracy. - Track and manage essential documentation like transcripts and test results. - Support applicants and their families throughout the admission process. - Organize admission-focused events such as campus tours, open houses, and info sessions. - Maintain up-to-date records on prospective students and application statuses using CRM tools. - Collaborate with the marketing team for effective student recruitment initiatives. - Collect and analyze feedback from applicants and newly enrolled students for continuous improvement. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related discipline. - Experience: Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or customer service is advantageous. - Key Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office - Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure If you are enthusiastic about helping students in their academic journey, please send your resume to unnimaya@xylemlearning.com.
