About the role:

Education counsellor is an individual contributor role for guiding and selling certifications as well as degree programs to working professionals.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and Online Process.

· Converting leads into admissions for top IITs, IIMs and Degree colleges.

· Generating referrals through the existing admissions.

· Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

· Responsible for converting any query into admissions.

· Attending 100-150 calls daily in order to achieve the allocated targets.

· Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per there domain.

Candidate requirements:

· Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.

· Creating urgency when required, Rebuttals and counselling skills

· Interpersonal Skills

· Active listening

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
