Job Description

Student Counseling: Understand students' interests, career goals, and guide them.
Follow-ups & Conversions: Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, social media leads, and follow-up diligently to achieve admission targets.
Admissions Process: Assist students through application, documentation, and enrollment.
Campus Tours: Coordinate and lead campus visits to give prospective students a feel of the institute environment.
CRM & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or Excel.
Collaboration: Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for events, seminars, and promotional activities.
Feedback Collection: Take feedback from students and parents post-counseling for service improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s required
Minimum 1 year of experience in CBSE School.
Strong communication skills in English and passion for counselling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
