Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students and working professionals via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital platforms to understand academic goals, career aspirations, and eligibility.
• Explain UG/PG programs, course outcomes, eligibility requirements, admission timelines, and fee details in a clear and convincing manner.
• Nurture leads from inquiry to enrollment using structured follow-ups and consistent engagement.
• Update and track student interactions, application status, and conversion progress in the CRM system.
• Work towards weekly and monthly enrollment targets while ensuring transparency.
• Resolve applicant concerns promptly and ensure a smooth, positive admissions experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
• 0–2 years of experience in admissions, education sales, counselling, or academic coordination roles preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication abilities and a consultative mindset are welcome.
• Excellent verbal skills, persuasive ability, and relationship-building strengths.
• Comfortable handling multiple leads simultaneously in a performance-driven environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools and follow-up processes is an added advantage
