Admission Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, engaging, and up-to-date information about Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs, including eligibility criteria, curriculum, and career outcomes.
• Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and chat to understand their educational background, interests, and career aspirations.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs aligned with their goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the admission process—offering guidance, reminders, and motivation until successful enrollment.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets while maintaining high standards of service quality and student satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions, progress, and follow-ups using the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, customer engagement, or inside sales.
• Fresh graduates passionate about helping students shape their academic and career paths are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with an empathetic and student-centered approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
