Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and accurate information about UG and PG programs, including course structure, eligibility, tuition fees, scholarships, and future career prospects.
• Handle incoming queries from prospective students via phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand individual student profiles, career aspirations, and learning preferences.
• Assist applicants at every stage of the enrollment process — from initial contact to successful admission.
• Maintain proactive communication with leads through regular follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement.
• Achieve individual monthly targets related to student enrollments and associated revenue.
• Update and manage student data, activity logs, and communication history using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream; a background in education or counseling is a plus.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in admissions, career counseling, academic advising, or inside sales.
• Previous experience in the EdTech or higher education space is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse student groups.
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
