Role Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to guide and support students in achieving their academic and career goals. The role involves providing counseling, assisting in course selection, guiding students through admissions/enrollment processes, and ensuring they make informed educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about available courses, programs, and career options
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic pathways
• Conduct orientation sessions, counseling calls, and face-to-face meetings
• Maintain follow-ups with students through calls, emails, and messages
• Assist in the admissions process and documentation
• Maintain accurate student records and databases
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams

• Strong convincing and guidance abilities
• Good listening and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Masters Degree
