Job Description

Have to convert the leads into admission.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for prospective students via phone, email, in-person meetings, and virtual platforms.
Provide information about academic programs, campus life, financial aid, scholarships, and application procedures.
Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, and other admissions materials.
Maintain accurate records in the admissions database (e.g., CRM systems like Slate, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
Participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, high school visits, webinars, and open houses.
Collaborate with faculty and departments to coordinate interviews, campus tours, and informational sessions.
Meet enrollment goals set by the Director of Admissions.
Assist in creating and maintaining promotional materials and digital content for prospective students.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor schools, and internal policy updates.
