Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospective students and inform them about our network of international and domestic colleges and universities (with a primary focus on
domestic institutions
).
Explain course options clearly and guide students towards suitable programs.
Maintain and update student data accurately in our systems/CRM.
Work with a
conversion-oriented mindset
to move enquiries towards confirmed admissions.

Requirements:

Minimum
1–2 years of experience
in telecalling / counselling / inside sales (education sector preferred).
Fluent in English
(Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
Comfortable working with data, CRMs, and daily reporting.
Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Work from Office (WFO)

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Location

Nehru Place, New Delhi
