Job Description

Job Title: Admission Counselor

Location: PIFT Campus || Ludhiana

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career outcomes, and admission process.
Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic queries, social media leads & follow-ups.
Maintain lead tracking sheets and convert inquiries into admissions.
Conduct campus tours and assist in admission documentation and enrollment formalities.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission drives, events, and promotional activities.
Ensure excellent student experience and uphold institute’s professional standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi/Punjabi preferable).
Pleasant personality with confidence and convincing ability.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/Lead Management preferred).
Prior experience in admissions/academic counseling/sales will be an added advantage.

Salary: Competitive • Based on experience + Incentives on performance
