Roles and Responsibilities
End to end management and conversion of student leads receivedInitial qualification of the leads via callingSpeaking with students and parents to understand their needs and accordingly explainthe benefits of the product, answer questions etc.Taking the student and parents through the appropriate sales journey which will includemultiple touch-points (email, phone, video sessions etc.)Final objection handling and price negotiation
Desired Candidate Profile
Adhere to outreach and sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipelineDetails pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRMsoftwareProviding constant feedback to the internal sales and marketing team to ensure therefinement of the sales process and messaging
