Admission Counselor

Location: Coimbatore / Ghatkopar (Mumbai)
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferably in JEE/NEET/6–10 segment)
Mode: Work from Office (6 Days Working)
Languages Preferred: Hindi / Regional + English

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide learners and parents toward the right academic programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enrollments, understanding student needs, and offering accurate program recommendations while maintaining strong communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities1. Enrollments & Student Guidance

  • Drive admissions for various education programs (6–10 / JEE / NEET).
  • Understand student goals and recommend suitable academic solutions.
  • Maintain active communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

2. Product Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of all program offerings and features.
  • Effectively communicate program value, outcomes, and pedagogy to students and parents.

3. Relationship Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, academic, and marketing.
  • Conduct training/awareness sessions at offline centers when required.
  • Build strong rapport with center teams and associated stakeholders.

4. Lead Management & Reporting

  • Work on inbound leads and generate new leads through field activities.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline and meet enrollment targets.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports on performance, challenges, and plans.
  • Maintain records and prospect information in CRM tools.

5. Feedback & Market Insights

  • Share market feedback, student concerns, and improvement suggestions with leadership.
  • Contribute insights for strategy enhancement and product improvement.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in counseling or sales, preferably in the JEE/NEET/6–10 education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems; good Excel skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and quick learner.
  • Graduation from a recognized university.
  • Flexibility to manage work schedules.
