Endeavor Changanacherry is a newly established coaching centre specializing in CAT and KMAT preparation. We empower college-level students with rigorous instruction and personalized support to unlock their potential and secure admission to top management programmes.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a versatile experienced sales counselor + faculty who combines strong 10th-standard math or English teaching skills with hands-on administrative flair.

In the initial phase, you’ll split your time between calling all the inbound enquiries and focus on converting these enquiries into enrolments

You will also be getting trained on the subject matter and supporting our Centre Ops Manager who will help get the centre set up.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Speak to inbound enquiries, convert them into enrolments, maintain responses and engagement with sales enquiries.
• Follow up regularly and call back all the uncontacted sales enquiries until they convert or opt out
• Support Centre Admin
• Teaching:
• Deliver clear, engaging math or English lessons at the 10th-standard (CBSE) level, laying a solid foundation for CAT/KMAT concepts.
• Assist with centre setup: manage daily enquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and coordinate student appointments.
• Organize and join on-campus presentations to colleges, building our presence and driving enrolments.
• Maintain student records, track attendance, and support centre manager.
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine processes as new staff come on board.

• Proven experience teaching college graduates, ideally for competitive exams
• Subject knowledge: 10th-standard mathematics, ideally within the CBSE curriculum.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with front-office tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive attitude—ready to jump into varied tasks as the centre grows.
• Passion for student success and education.
