Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Admission Counselor role located in Noida. The Admission Counselor (L3) will be responsible for providing guidance to MBA aspirants, assisting them with college selection, admission processes, and understanding their career goals. The role involves conducting counseling sessions, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with students and their families. The counselor will also collaborate with colleges and oversee activities related to student admissions and services. Active engagement is required to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proven ability in Customer Service and Sales
• Understanding of the Education sector with a passion for helping students achieve their career goals
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in counseling or admissions will be advantageous
