Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Admission Counselor (L2) at Career Choice 360. In this role, you will engage with prospective students to provide personalized guidance on MBA admissions and college selections. Daily responsibilities include assisting students with their academic profiles, work experience evaluation, and career goals to recommend the best institutions and programs. You will also provide counseling on entrance exams, facilitate communication with partner colleges, and support applicants through each step of the admissions process. The role involves active communication with students, parents, and institutions to ensure the delivery of accurate information and high-quality support.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal communication and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven expertise in customer service and the ability to support and guide students and their families
  • Sales skills to showcase educational solutions and services effectively to prospective clients
  • Understanding of the education sector, particularly in MBA education and management exams
  • Ability to build trust and connect with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education-related roles is highly desirable
