Role Overview: As a Social Media Manager, your main responsibility will be to create and implement effective social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and brand voice. You will also be in charge of developing engaging content for various platforms, managing the online community, analyzing performance metrics, staying updated on trends, collaborating with team members, and executing social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies in line with marketing goals and brand voice - Create engaging content including text, images, and videos for various social media platforms - Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting - Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages - Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics - Use data to refine strategies and improve engagement - Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices - Collaborate with marketing team members, designers, and external partners for cohesive messaging and branding - Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in English - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in social media management and content creation - Ability to analyze data and derive insights for strategy refinement - Knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices - Collaborative team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams - Prior experience in campaign management is a plus Note: This job is full-time and requires in-person work at the Gurgaon, Sector 20 location.
